The next event for this winter is described below.

The location for John Bernfields's 2nd talk has now been determined:

Time:  Tues, Feb 13, 2007 - 7:00 pm.

Location: Rm. 368 and 370., Brighton High School.

The High school is at 1150 Winton Rd. South.

The parking lot is on the south side of the building. Go in the main doors, which are in the middle of the building. The doors face west towards Winton Rd.  Go up 2 flights of stairs to get to the 3rd floor. On the third floor, go straight; the rooms are on the right.

John Bernfield will give the second part of a two part seminar titled:
"THE BIOMECHANICS OF ROWING:
effective propulsion, efficient training,
and avoiding injury"

This seminar should be of interest to all age groups and skill levels.
