The Rochester Navy is an organization whose goal is the promotion of the sport of rowing in the Greater Rochester Area.  It is not our goal to duplicate programs already offered by local area organizations. There are three primary areas where we feel an organization could make a significant contribution:

1. Education and support to increase the quality of coaching, and increase the number of coaches.

2. Provide resources to enable local organizations to promote higher levels of competition for youth rowing in Rochester during the summer.

3. Improve coordination and support of regatta activities in Rochester.
